Monkey business

When I was young, they told me I’d never amount to anything. “Hoo Hoo Ha Ha,” they chanted as they ran from the forest and crawled back through the barbed wire fence. The caboose was where I took refuge in those cold, lonely woods, though it was certainly cramped with my five siblings and their ever-multiplying offspring.

Located on the plains of southeastern Oklahoma, this was all that remained after the accident.

But the caboose brought forth a world previously unknown to us. It was here, among the water logged floorboards and the rusting steel roof that we discovered our love for the perfect sip of espresso. Every morning the owner of our trusty rusty caboose, the lovable neighborhood monkey, Edelweiss, would burst through the sliding door and pour each member of our plebeian crew a delicious light roast espresso.

It was in those misty early morning hours where Caboose Coffee didn’t seem like a distant dream anymore. We had an idea. An idea that would bring forth a new generation of monkey-inspired train-themed coffee. Thomas the train was a memory of the past. Make way for Caboose Coffee, a brand that knew who they were. A new era as arrived, and that era is here to stay.

Caboose Coffee. Here for a good time, maybe not a long time.
